講師紹介:

レイ・フーパ―は,オーストラリア,イギリスの企業での管理職を歴任した後,コンサルティング・トレーニングの会社経営を経て,現在もコンサルタント,トレーナー,ファシリテーター,コーチ,メンター,スーパーバイザーとして活躍しています。

過去30年にわたりTA(交流分析)のモデルを組織に活用し,企業におけるトレーニング・プログラムを開発・執筆・ファシリテートを行ってきました。また,企業や個人事業におけるコーチングやグループのトレーニングも提供しています。

提供するプログラムは,リーダーシップ,対立関係の解決,顧客サービス,Mining Group Gold(グループの金鉱を掘り起こす),チームビルディング,プレゼンテーションスキル等,多岐にわたります。

TA(交流分析)の組織活動においては,オーストラリアTA協会会長・FTAA(ニュージーランド・オーストラリア地域のTA協会)会長を歴任し,国際TA協会においても大きな貢献をしています。活躍の場はオーストラリアのみならず,ニュージーランド,インド,南アフリカ,ドイツなど,世界における多くのTAの国際会議で講演・発表を行なっています。

2000年に絵画を始め、2003年にはラグビーワールドカップの個展を開催するなど、アートとラグビーに興味を持っています。2019年には日本でラグビーワールドカップを観戦しました。また、個人の健康やフィットネスにも積極的に取り組んでいます。 読書、麻雀、そして最近ではマラソン(ウォーキング)を完走しました。

Delivering Effective Training in Organisations

Suitable for those professionals working with the education of adult learners, and wanting to communicate more effectively with others, this workshop will introduce you to new ideas, refresh you with tried and tested theories and give you the opportunity to make the most of those teachable moments. Using the framework of Transactional Analysis, we will focus on tools and techniques to conduct effective and enjoyable training sessions in organisations. These will include contracting, group theory, integrated Adult, Winner’s Triangle, workshop leadership and audience participation. Rhae will model and present these TA concepts that support you in your role as an educator. Empower your clients by adding meaning attribution and depth to their learning. It will be interactive, informational and fun.

RHAE HOOPER, L.S.D.A. (Ed),  C.T.A. (Ed)

Rhae Hooper is a trainer, facilitator, coach, mentor and supervisor. She provides one to one coaching and group training sessions for the corporate and private sector. Rhae is qualified in TA in Education and has spent the last 30 years using this model as a framework in organisations. She has developed, written and facilitated custom training programmes for corporate organisations. Such programmes include Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Customer Service, Mining Group Gold, Team Building, and Presentation Skills.

Rhae was presented with the Goulding Award for Excellence in TA at an international conference in Japan. She is a Past President and Chairman of the Board for a not-for-profit organisation – the Australian Transactional Analysis Association – a position she held for 7 years. She is currently the outgoing President of the FTAA – a representative association of New Zealand and Australia – and has been working with international colleagues on the organising of TA World Conferences since their inception. As a contributing member of the International TA Association, Rhae has been one of a group of authors writing the book “Educational Transactional Analysis”. She examines potential transactional analysts and provides workshops at international conferences. She has spoken and presented at many TA conferences around the world including New Zealand, India, South Africa, and Germany.

Rhae’s early career experience involved several middle and senior line management roles with medium and large corporates in Australia and the UK. Those international companies included IBM and Xerox. She formed and managed her own recruitment, consulting and training business for 16 years prior to selling it in 2001. Since then, Rhae has worked as a consultant and on private and public sector boards. She contributes to the not-for-profit sector with the facilitation of pro bono programmes.

Rhae’s interests include art and rugby and after taking up painting in 2000, she held a solo exhibition of World Cup Rugby in 2003. She is actively involved in personal health and fitness. She is an avid reader, plays mahjong and recently completed a marathon (walking)!
